Held annually February 17โ20 in Hachinohe, Aomori, the Hachinohe Enburi is a prayer ritual for a bountiful harvest with over 800 years of history. Designated as a National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, it is Hachinohe's biggest winter event.
