Issaikyo: Active volcano with fumarole steam; the summit looks down on the "Witch's Eye (Goshikinuma)" - Jododaira Wetland: Beautiful highland wetland with nikko-kisuge and chimonanthus in early summer - Azuma Kofuji: Small volcano climbable from Jododaira in 20 minutes; can walk the crater rim - Azuma Mountain Views: Spectacular views of Fukushima city and Lake Inawashiro

Scenic Drive Routes

- Bandai-Azuma Skyline: Scenic drive route connecting Jododaira, Tsuchiyu Pass, and Fukushima City - Bandai-Azuma Lake Line: Mountain drive through Goshikinuma and Magarizawa Pass

Getting There

- About 50 minutes to 1 hour from Fukushima City by car via Bandai-Azuma Skyline - Buses also run from Fukushima Station (check seasonal availability and frequency)

Tips
