Tadami Line
The JR Tadami Line connecting Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, to Koide, Niigata (135.2km) is a local railway called "the most beautiful route" by railway enthusiasts nationwide. Partially closed after 2011 flooding, the full line was restored to service in October 2022.

If arriving by car, head for the First Tadami River Bridge Viewing Platform in Mishima. Time your visit to arrive at photography spots before the scheduled train crossing.
