Daisetsuzan National Park
Spanning 226,764 hectares in central Hokkaido, Daisetsuzan is Japan's largest national park. Its peaks exceeding 2,000m, led by Mt. Asahidake (2,291m), have earned the area the nickname "Roof of Hokkaido."
