Miyagi Stadium (Miyagi TV Support Stadium) in Rifu, Miyagi, was one of the venues for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan — Tohoku's largest stadium (capacity approx. 49,000). It is also used as the home ground of J. League club Vegalta Sendai.
