Kiyosato is a highland resort at 1,274m elevation in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, known as a popular dating spot for young people in the Showa 50s-60s era (1980s-90s). Has a unique highland resort culture with farms, pensions, cafes, and shops lined up.

Kiyosato's symbolic "Seisen-ryo" is a Christian youth facility established in 1938, currently operating a restaurant, lodging, and farm. Seisen-ryo's soft cream is famous as Kiyosato's specialty gourmet, with rich soft-serve ice cream using freshly milked milk popular.
