Hida Beef can be enjoyed various ways including steak, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, yakiniku, and Hida beef nigiri. Authentic Hida beef can be enjoyed at butcher shops and restaurants in Takayama City. Especially at "Jinya-mae Morning Market" and "Miyagawa Morning Market," Hida beef skewers and nigiri sushi can be enjoyed.
